My name is Junius Champagne.

Some people call me jay and others call me daddy dom... It's been a long journey for me- from playing college football at Oklahoma panhandle state to breaking my leg. Broken bones end careers... I was really good at what I did too, but I haven't played football since. I'm an afro-brazillian because I was born in Brazil but raised in Louisiana. I have a business degree, certifications in nutrition management, I'm a private fitness instructor, fitness model, relationship counselor, and life coach. My intelligence is top shelf, but I do like to curse. I like to curse for emphasis on whatever I'm taking about. Cursing just taste good rolling off my tongue. (Lol)

I'd like to think I'm relatable, real, encouraging, loyal, honest, funny, and straight forward. My life has taken alot of turns, some good and some bad. I've been through a lot, but it hasn't stopped me from motivating myself or others. I decided to do this blog because I hate Facebook and Instagram. No one dictates what I say or do but me. So I thought hmmm... Why not build a website. Extreme? Maybe! But I'm here now and I hope you join me.
